Technological Requirements
1 A new generation of aqua feed extruder machine increase the capacity 30%, high capacity, low cost, easy to operation, strong stability, suitable for the production extruder of high-grade fish feed, shrimp feed and crab feed;
2 More suitable for domestic and Asian market environment;
3 The capacity can be 10-15t/h, the power consumption is 22-25kw.h /T;
4 The production period is about 8 months and working 20 hours every year, which will more produce 10,000 tons feed, if every ton can make 400RMB, we will make 4.000, 000RMB. (Normal expanding line 140-170 kw/t), ZTMT extruding line can reach to 100 kw/t, save 40kw/t, so every year will save 1,920,000kw.
